Fifteen years, six milestones, five subsidiaries
From the first aggregate quarry to the fourth Color Mix machine in Morocco, fifteen years of continuous industrial growth.
The group was not built in one go. It added one link at a time, moving up and down the material chain from the quarry it started with.

Three phases
The group's six milestones read as three movements: founding, integrating, industrialising.

2008 — 2012
Founding
Adel Zahid opened the first aggregate mine in 2008. Belza Préfa followed in 2010 and started the trading business; its first plant opened in 2012. In four years, the group moved from extraction to industrial production.

2013 — 2015
Integrating
Béton Rehamna took on crushing upstream in 2013, Belza Logistics delivery downstream in 2015. The chain closed at both ends: the group processes its own rock and hauls its own products.

2023
Industrialising
Belza Ecotech opened with the fourth Color Mix technology machine installed in Morocco, and production run on a water clarifier, solar power and used-oil recycling.

2008
The first quarry
Adel Zahid opens the first aggregate quarry.
Extraction opens the material chain. Everything the group goes on to transform — concrete, precast elements, paving — starts as rock out of the quarry.

2010
Belza Préfa and the trading business
Belza Préfa is founded and the trading business begins.
Belza Préfa covers structures, drainage and civil works: joists, precast slabs, posts, kerbs, pipes and chambers. The business starts out in trading.

2012
Moving to the plant
The first Belza Préfa plant opens.
Two years after trading began, the group produces for itself. Precast elements now come off its own lines.

2013
Crushing, upstream
Béton Rehamna is created, dedicated to crushing.
Béton Rehamna moves the group one step up the chain: its crushing and screening plants turn raw rock into sands, chippings and crushed stone.

Delivery, downstream
Belza Logistics is created, dedicated to transport.
Belza Logistics closes the chain at the other end. The group's fleet carries its own products to site, without depending on a third party for the last step.

Morocco's fourth Color Mix machine
Belza Ecotech is created with its Color Mix pavers — the fourth machine of this technology installed in Morocco.
Belza Ecotech opens on a machine investment, and on production run with a water clarifier, solar power and used-oil recycling.
