Belza Groupe

Our values

Three pillars, concrete actions

Three pillars shape Belza Groupe's work beyond its industrial activity: social commitment, human capital and client excellence.

Social commitment, human capital and client excellence. These three principles are worth only what they contain: commitments Belza Groupe names one by one, and environmental installations fitted at its most recent production site.

This page sets them out one at a time. None is presented as an intention: every commitment has a name, and every environmental installation physically exists at the Belza Ecotech site in Ben Guerir.

Draft copy

Belza Groupe supplied its three pillars and the list of its commitments. The text developing each commitment is written by the agency from that list: it spells the commitment out, and adds no figure, frequency or beneficiary to it. To be approved by group management before going live.

The three pillars

Each pillar gathers commitments the group names. They are summarised here, then set out in full in the sections that follow.

  1. Social commitment

Building mosques, giving at Eid al-Adha and during Ramadan, sponsoring Umrah pilgrimages: four commitments turned towards the community.

    4 · Commitments

  2. Human capital

Team building, team spirit and an eco-friendly approach: what the group organises with its teams, and what it asks of them.

    3 · Commitments

  3. Client excellence

Over 80% of Belza Groupe's clients stay on as long-term partners. That figure sums this pillar up better than anything else.

    3 · Commitments

Pillar 01

Social commitment

Belza Groupe was founded in Ben Guerir in 2008 and has kept both its head office and its installations there. That is where its social commitment is exercised, in four forms: two follow the religious calendar, one builds, one offers a journey.

Building mosques
Belza Groupe builds mosques. Of all its commitments, this is the one that leaves the most durable trace: a place of worship is not consumed, it stays with the neighbourhood. It is also the only one where the group gives its trade — building — rather than a sum.
Eid al-Adha donations
Eid al-Adha, the feast of the sacrifice, is the moment in the year when sharing becomes a duty, and when the gap between households shows most clearly. Belza Groupe makes donations then.
Ramadan charity work
During the month of Ramadan, Belza Groupe runs charity work. A month of fasting draws social life around the evening meal: that is where help matters most.
Sponsored Umrah pilgrimages
The Umrah is the pilgrimage to Mecca made outside the Hajj period. Belza Groupe sponsors them. It is a gift addressed to a person rather than to a community, and its value is not measured by its cost.

Pillar 02

Human capital

Belza Groupe employs across five subsidiaries, from extracting aggregates to delivering on site. These are field trades, where a team that knows itself does not work like a team that does not. Three strands shape the group's human capital.

Team building
Belza Groupe organises team-building activities. What makes them useful is the group's geography as much as its atmosphere: a Belza Logistics driver and a Belza Préfa operator belong to the same material chain without working in the same place. Team building is where they meet.
Team spirit
Team spirit is not decreed in a meeting. It shows when a delivery slips and production adjusts around it. Belza Groupe's chain — crushing, aggregates, precast, paving, delivery — only makes sense whole: each link depends on the one before.
Eco-friendly approach
The eco-friendly approach is carried as a team value, not as a separate department. It has a material translation: the four environmental installations fitted at the Belza Ecotech site, set out further down this page.

Pillar 03

Client excellence

Client excellence is easy to promise and hard to verify. Belza Groupe ties it to a figure: more than 80% of its clients stay on as long-term partners. In a sector where material is compared by the cubic metre and switching supplier costs one phone call, loyalty of that order is earned delivery after delivery.

Over 80% of clients in a long-term partnership
More than eight clients in ten carry the relationship with Belza Groupe beyond a first project. The firms and public buyers making up that portfolio are published on the References page.
Integrity and transparency
Announcing what can be held to, and saying so when it cannot. On a construction site an optimistic delivery date costs more than an honest one: it commits every trade scheduled after it.
Rigorous work and perseverance
Rigour and perseverance describe an internal requirement more than a promise made to the client. Their most tangible application sits at Belza Ecotech: laboratory tests inserted into the manufacturing process, between the machines and drying.

Environment

The environmental approach, on the ground

Belza Groupe's environmental approach is not a statement of intent: it is equipped. Four installations are fitted at the Belza Ecotech site, the subsidiary founded in 2023 around the fourth Color Mix machine installed in Morocco. They handle water, energy and workshop waste.

Four installations, one site

The four installations below belong to Belza Ecotech. The group does not claim them across its five subsidiaries: they equip one plant, that one.

  • Water clarifier at the Belza Ecotech site

    Water clarifier

Making paving washes, and returns water loaded with fines. A clarifier separates them by settling: the clarified water can go back into the loop instead of being discharged.

  • Solar panels powering the Belza Ecotech site

    Solar power

The site is powered by solar energy. Photovoltaic output peaks in full daylight, the hours when a plant runs: the two curves overlap without needing storage.

  • Used-oil collection at the Belza Ecotech site

    Used-oil recycling

Machines and plant produce used oil — hazardous waste that must reach neither the ground nor the drains. Belza Ecotech collects it and routes it to a recycling loop.

  • Water basins at the Belza Ecotech site

    Water basins

The basins store and buffer. They allow treated water to be reused and consumption peaks to be absorbed without drawing further on the resource.
